1 Mango – peeled, pitted and diced
2 Tomatoes – diced or crushed
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 Jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and diced1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1 Tablespoon white vinegar
3 Tablespoons chopped Cilantro leaves
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper (as as desired, to flavor)
Juice 1/2 fresh squeezed lime
Add all ingredients to large mixing bowl and stir.
